Spinach Strawberry Salad

1.Ingredients

spinach
strawberry, sliced set a few aside (egg slicer works wonders)
pecans, toasted


DRESSING
roland raspberry red wine vinegar
sugar or sugar substitute
dry mustard
vegetable oil
poppy seeds

2.Directions


1. Toast pecans over low heat, set aside to cool.
2. Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
3. Toss and garnish with a few sliced strawberries.
4. Serve immediately.
5. (Thanks to Chef #320254’s review I’m updating this) If you’d like, use a high speed mini-mixer to emulsify the dressing.
